BizzyBooks holds financial records for your business, so we take privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account details: your email, name, phone number (if used for sign-in) and profile picture from Google (if used).
- Business records: company details, invoices, bills, contacts, items and journal entries you enter.
- Billing details: handled by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers.
- Technical data: basic logs needed to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
- To run BizzyBooks, save your books and sync them across your devices.
- To send sign-in codes and important account messages.
- To process subscription payments.
We do not sell your data and do not use your business records for advertising.
Who can see your books
Only you and the staff you invite, with the role you give them (owner, accountant or viewer). Data is protected by access rules on our servers and encrypted in transit.
Your rights
You can view, export, correct or delete your data at any time, or ask us to do it. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK GDPR, UAE PDPL or Saudi PDPL) you may have further rights.
Retention
We keep your records while your account is active. After you delete your account, data is removed within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
