If BizzyBooks isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment on any paid plan and we'll refund it in full.

After 7 days

• Payments are not refundable, including renewals and partly used periods.
• You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and won't be charged again.

How to ask

Email support@bizzybooks.com from your account email. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

After a refund or cancellation you can still export your books before your account is closed.
