These terms apply to your use of BizzyBooks ("we", "us"), an online accounting and bookkeeping service. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe.
• You are responsible for everything done in your account, including by staff you invite.

2. Subscriptions and payment

• Paid plans are billed in USD, monthly or yearly, in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

3. Your data

You own your business records. We store them only to provide the service. You can export or delete them at any time.

4. Not professional advice

BizzyBooks is a tool. It does not replace a qualified accountant or tax adviser. You are responsible for checking your records and tax filings meet the laws of your country.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use BizzyBooks for illegal activity, fraud, or to attack or overload the service.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep BizzyBooks available and secure, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of important changes before they take effect.
